We build FlowDrya poultry-manure dryers to order at STRONGA's Hertfordshire factory and supply them across Britain, though we are straight about this: we do not yet operate a documented poultry-litter drying reference on British soil. British poultry farms face tight nutrient-management rules – protecting water from nitrate and phosphate, and curbing ammonia – which make wet litter an expensive liability. Drying the litter to a low moisture on a stainless-steel FlowDrya, using warm residual air drawn from the poultry houses themselves, stabilises it into a concentrated, bagged or pelletised organic fertiliser and removes the odour, pathogen and leaching problems that come with storing it wet.
